Gardens are beautiful to look at and being in one can be refreshing.

When the youths take it upon themselves to make a change the outcome is sure to be jaw dropping.

The colourful Jos Secretariat bridge and flyover got stormed by the ''DO IT YOURSELF'' team in Jos to bring back life to the deserted almost invisible ''plateau Green Conservation Garden'' by weeding, applying chemicals and clearing the grass clothed garden.

The project happens to be the first of the DIY since its creation in June 2020. The youths freely took to the streets to add beauty to the most colourful bridge in North Nigeria located in the heart of Jos with a rubber bottle decorated conservation garden under the bridge having the inscription ''TOGETHER WE CAN BUILD A GREEN AND PEACEFUL PLATEAU'' said to have been designed by a serving youth corper years ago with coloured tyres and flowers as decoration.

The team lead for the project, George Lambert commends the significance of this project mentioning that more projects will be carried out by individual with the help of the DIY advocacy by encouraging other individual to personally contribute to the society by doing little but significant things around them.

One may most probably not observe the presence of the conservation garden until the 12th of June 2020 after a job well done by these resilient youths. The project received praises by the citizens of the state, after seeing the beautiful pictures of the garden shot by photographers, most have visited the site trying to believe the existence of such a place on the plateau. Plateau is sure a home of tourism
